    my 100m time is 10.6. I train with a lot of fitness conditioning and sprinting in my rugby program as I play league. But don't sweat it brah, There are plenty of jacked sprinters out there. Sprint more and you won't lose speed.

    for dem pecs, did you mostly do bb bench or db?

    i keep going up in strength with bb, but seem not to gain any size or definition, so im wondering if dbs might be better

    Barbell, but now I have switched to dumbbells and I am noticing good gains from them. But for anyone starting out I'd say barbell then switch to db
