Hi guys and girls, im currently taking muscle pharm assult for pre workout and want to stick with the muscle pharm brand because it works for me. For post workout is muscle pharm Re-Con what i would use?? also i want to take muscle pharm creatine. Woud i take the creatine with the pre workout or with the post workout. Im new to this stuff.

I would personally never use recon postworkout. One of the worst things you can take postworkout is a plasma-saturating dose of vitamin C.

MusclePharm Assult is one of the top pre-workouts IMO.

I highly suggeswt reading up on creatine in order to prevent such questions in the future. the more you know....
creatine can be taken whenever with whatever and however you like. can be as low as 2.5g
