So here it is January 1st, while some of you are looking to start your resolutions, Im looking to continue my goals. Today I will be starting a bulk for the first part of 2012...probably until May 1st depending on progress. My goal this year is to come as close to hitting 200#'s by May. I try and eat as clean as I can preparing majority of my meals for the week ahead. I will be adding a weight gainer to bump my calories around 4500-5000 a day. PSbreaux was generous enough to let me log a stack of BoloTest 350 & Vexxcore PM. Today will be my first day using both of those products. Hopefully I will be adding more stuff from Professional Supplements before the log is over. My supplement list is as follows for the time being:

Every added rep is a rest pause rep. Im still trying to figure out the exact weight to be able to add to rest pause extensions into each set and still hit the targeted rep range. Excellent questions! The first am I had a little trouble getting up, but I think that was due to only having 6.5 hrs of sleep under the supplement. That being said when I got up, I wasnt groggy at all. So far so good the other two nights. I made sure I got at least my eight hours and other than having to use the bathroom during the night I was out cold and went back to sleep easily. One issue I have that limits my sleep is I workout in the evening, sometimes not taking my preworkout until 9pm. My goal every night is to get to bed by 0100 and be up by 0900. I dont go overboard on the stims, but usually just take a single serving of preworkout products. As you can see in order for me get adequate sleep a nighttime formula is a great addition.
