    Myofusion Probiotic Cinnamon Roll


    Mixability: 9/10

    With the previous Myofusion I always seemed to get clumps of protein at the bottom of my glass, unless I used a blender. Myofusion Probiotic seems to mis incredibly well. I mixed the probiotic in a shaker bottle and it mixed very well, no clumps, however it was slightly foamy. Nothing to get into a fuss about.

    Nutrition: 8/10
    The calories are above average in my opinion(compared to trutein). For 150 calories you'll get 24 grams of protein. There is also only 1g fiber per serving. I would have been more impressed if there had be a little more, but that is just me being picky.
    I don't know why Gaspari doesn't advertise their blend ratios, must be some company secret.

    Digestion: 10/10
    I had a shake in the middle of the day and I didn't feel bloated at all. The protein felt very 'light' in my stomach.

    Taste: 5/10
    The most important factor for most people when buying a protein is taste. The grams of protein, amino break down, calorie count, or any other macro means nothing if you can not down the protein. Gaspari Nutrition's previous Myofusion was one of my favourite tasting proteins around. I looked forward to drinking it. However, with the probiotic cinnamon roll it just wasn't great. It wasn't horrible however. It tasted fake, I don't know how else to describe it. I also have a 5lb tub of Truteins cinnabon protein, and I plan on sticking with Trutein.

    Overall: Myofusion probiotic isn't a horrible protein, but in my honest (un-biased) opinion, there are better options out there!

    Agreed, Trutein is better tasting. But they are very different flavor wise and I've actually gone for the Myo once or twice over the trutein. Not often though.

    Myo Banana is superior to trutein banana though

    Just got my MF P cinnamon roll the other day, the taste its alright. Ive been adding my own cinnamon to it tho and it is much, much better. I definitely recommend doing this, to anyone who its underwhelmed by the taste.
