What to do with undrinkable protein?

I’ve had a lot of different brands out there but I just got iforce in chocolate covered pretzel and it is definitely the worse I’ve ever had. That was with milk btw. Any ideas on making it bearable?

Maybe try contacting the place you purchased it from and see if you are able to return it.

This is also another option. May add in some yogurt, peanut/almond butters, chocolate syrup, etc.

I've had it before and while not the best tasting protein on the market, I wouldn't call it undrinkable. But hey we're all different. The options above are all solid. See if you're able to return it and if so maybe ask for some brand/flavor recommendations here. Or just keep it and add in things like fruits, nut butter, etc.

Throw it in a blender with fruits, greek yogurt, nut butter etc. That covers up the taste of any protein usually.

Blend with things to change the flavor. Peanut butter, yogurt, oats, milk, fruits, nuts can all help alter flavoring a bit. Can also add things like cinnamon or extracts to alter the flavor.

Throw it away (yeah ive done that with several over the years)

Give it to my brother (I suspect he throws some of those away in turn)

Give it to my BIL who dgaf what it tastes like usually if it’s free

There's an old saying: Life is like a **** sandwich--the more bread you got, the less **** you gotta eat.

Blend it with frozen fruit like pineapple and strawberry. Start with a little protein and work your way up to tolerance.

There's always making your own protein sludge, too. Mix with oats and peanut butter, maybe also Nutella.

Bake with it our try adding fruit or other things to get the taste to something you can drink.
