I'm not exactly sure what high school sports drug test for. I'd imagine it would be similar/the same as the NCAA. If that's the case then yes, C4 could cause a positive drug test as it contains Synephrine which is banned by the NCAA.
I wouldn't take it.
Also, preworkouts like C4 aren't generally recommended for anyone under 18."Man is nothing else but what he makes of himself." - Jean Paul Sartre

The NCAA doesn't ban specific supplements but rather bans the individual ingredients. Most preworkouts will not contain ingredients banned by the NCAA. There is a list of common preworkouts that do contain banned ingredients in the original post. It is not permitted to recommend preworkouts to someone under 18.

"1) Iforce Nutrition Tropinol XP lists Feadogia Agrestis PE which claims to increase testosterone. Elevated testosterone levels could cause a positive drug test. We recommend you do not use products that claim to increase testosterone as these products have a higher likelihood for contamination.
2) Evomuse Abliderate advanced lists green coffee bean extract, a source of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that is banned by the NCAA at certain levels. This product also lists DHEA. DHEA is an anabolic agent, thus banned by the NCAA.
3) Iforce Nutrition Conquer lists caffeine, green tea extract, and synephrine. All three are stimulants that are banned by the NCAA (Caffeine at certain levels).
4) The NCAA does not specifically ban the ingredients listed in Genomyx DCP.
5) Molecular Nutrition Xfactor advanced lists a proprietary ANABOLIC formula, and also claims to boost testosterone. Elevated testosterone levels could cause a positive drug test. We recommend you do not use products that claim to increase testosterone as these products have a higher likelihood for contamination."
How long would it take to get there's out of your system?

I'm guessing you emailed someone at the Drug Free Sport/NCAA Drug Test website and these are the responses they provided? They have no clue what they're talking about there.
1) I wouldn't be worried about the Fadogia Agretis in Tropinol, I would be more concerned with the 25R-Dione Spirost-4-Ene, 6-Dione. I have no idea what the ingredient is and I've tried researching it before and found nothing of relevance. I can't answer your question on that one. Sorry. Maybe try to send "UncleWade" or "vaughntrue" a PM and ask them. They work for iForce.
2) Abliderate is fine. Caffeine is only banned at certain (very high) levels.
3) Conquer is a no-go because of the synephrine which is outright banned by the NCAA, not restriced like caffeine. Synephrine likely won't be in your system for more than a week.
4) Is fine.
5) X-Factor is 100% fine."Man is nothing else but what he makes of himself." - Jean Paul Sartre
