Todays workout was SO much better. I don't have my book with me at the moment...its down in the car. But I did another full body workout.
Bench Press
Tbar Rows
Leg Press
OH Press
Calf Raises
Crunches.
3 sets of each in the 10-12 rep range.
Still lacking some intensity, but still gettin acclimated to training again. Didnt feel sick nor like I was gonna pass out...so thats progress"Some people are like Slinkies. They're not really good for anything but they sure bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs."

So today I was asked by my Chiropractor if I was interested in running the Pittsburgh Half Marathon on his corporate team. He is part owner of a company called Raw Health International. They make certified all natural pain relieving ointments (similar to icy hot, tiger balm etc) I'd still have to pay an entry fee, but I'd get a free shirt and probably some free product. I'd definitely have to make some changes to my training goals, but I'm thinking it might be fun. Got to make a decision within the next week though.
