Folks, I'm 6'4, 200lbs and 18% to 19% BF. I dont really want to get any bigger. I want to stay between 190 to 200lbs and <15% BF.
I'm just getting started with lifting again and gradually building up strength. I'm taking Anabolic XXXL muscle builder and trying to keep my calories around 2500 per day with 1gm per lb of protein. I'll work to fine tune my diet a bit more.
The goal is the get down to <15% BF while compensating that with muscle.
I want to focus on lifting heavy to keep building strength or atleast not lose it while working with a small calorie deficit.
Here is my current work out plan.
Monday: Biceps and Triceps (arms)
Tue: Chest
Wed: Rest
Thu:Back
Fri: Legs and Shoulders
Sat and Sun: will do some Tabata and Abs.
Need some thoughts on this routine. I want to focus on back and chest for a couple months to see if I can get some definition going and then switch around to focus on other muscles keeping the four day pattern going.
