Sorry for the lame title. I'm really just looking to see if anybody has any insight or comments on what supplements I am taking. My diet is unordinary. I usually eat between 4000 to 5000 calories a day. Every sight basically tells me to eat half of that, but I've always been a big eater my entire life. Right now, my main goal is to build muscle, lose some fat, and eventually, when I am confident, do some type of competition. I am thinking of physique. I am a college student right now. Morning. Fish oil, calcium
Afternoon: Fish oil
Preworkout: Kre-alkalyn, Pre workout formula (usually ON PRE, but I am thinking of switching it die to the amount of excess caffeine)
MidWorkout: BCAA formula, beta alanine
Postworkout: Kre-alkalyn, protein, 10 g glutamine
Night time:Fish oil, calcium, joint vitamins
Does anybody have any tweeks that they think may work for me? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks everybody!
