UPDATE: Motivation + Food Porn.
re: Motivation.
It's so funny how the brain can play nasty tricks on you. Everyday I get up, prep food, train hard, work hard, get adequete sleep but still feel like I'm not doing enough. I still feel like my physique ISN'T where it should be, and that just makes me want it more. I think as I become closer and closer to starting prep I want it more - I want to be the best me I can be.
For so long I think I've been drifting in my training, thinking I've been giving it 100% when really I haven't. I've been joking myself. I need to make up for lost time and wasted effort.
From this day I will give it my all - every moment from now on I'll push through the hardships and come in my best.
The hardest part for me at this moment is realising that the muscle size I have now is going to be the size I carry onto the stage and that I am running out of time for increased improvement in my weak areas - so, "regardless of the situation, no matter how hopeless the outcome may be, I will never quit, and I will never back down. Become the wolf".

Sick update dude, our mindsets are very similar. It's like the closer you get to prep (and in my case the deeper into prep I get) there are always days when the physique doubts are extreme and all the usual questions start creeping in.
Ultimately you just have pull the trigger on the decision and give each day 100% towards the goal you've chosen. You got this!

Loving training so much at the moment and trying to push past the mental barrier. I've started really trying to track my workouts so that I'm constantly progressing. Because I didn't have anything before and was going off the top of my head I decided to use Fitocracy which I'm finding awesome! Last two days I've been recording my workouts on it and it's just been easy. They're onto a good thing.SydMisc | Team: Norton

So, firstly I'd like to apologise for the lack of updates. The further I get into prep the more and more I will update (hopefully will be posting everyday).
I've been loving life a the moment, after having lost 15kg's from the start of the year to currently reverse dieting that was a tricky process - I literally can't wait to start prep and right now focusing on getting my metabolism running at full-speed ahead!
Current Macro's are at: 200p/300c/50f and will keep increasing until I'm 16 weeks out (20 weeks and 4 days from today's date). It's so funny how everyday that gets closer I get more and more serious.
Other parts of my life are pumping! Work is great and my boss is supportive to my efforts. Social life is good at the moment - getting to meet lots of people on the forums aswell which is nice! Who says you can't be a Body-builder and have a social life!
I just have a question to ask all of you - what are the key things I should do now leading up to prep to make it an easy transition? What are things I need to do now to prepare myself for the future?
As always guys - cheers for the support.SydMisc | Team: Norton
