I got my first computer when I was 13 and looking back I was happy I didn't get it beforehand. Imo rollerblading, skating, playing tag and socializing with a big bunch of kids from the area until dark (strong nostalgia) is much better than sitting down inside and playing WoW all day.

exactly OP, it is ridiculous. Kids these days wouldn't even know how to play tag, ghost in the graveyard and all the other fun games we played as a kid. And getting computers, Ipods and cell phones before they turn 10 is crazy...I didn't have my own phone till I was in 8th grade

man, I remember the park would get so packed around 6pm, kids everywhere, we used to play lots of soccer and basketball, have bike races, bey blade battles, and play hide and seek in a big forest nearby, good times man.

We literally had a massive crew of people, it was unreal. But I also had a few close buddies who I went on 'adventures' with and chit, we also trick or treated together but no one seems to trick or treat anymore except like kids who are <5 years old with their mothers.

she's definitely spoiled but she's smart as ****.. taking the sat when she's 12, gets straight A's. so can't really hate on her.

however, she has literally no friends except one which she never talks to, NEVER goes outside to play with people, etc.. she's ****ing foreveralone.jpg at 12 years old and doesn't care since she has technology..
