Hey guys, time for me to make some amends and eat some crow. I was getting pretty frustrated with the IT guys about some issues, and especially what I perceived to be a lack of concern on their part, and I wrote about it on the "feedback welcomed here" sticky on this forum. Turns out I never noticed the "Report A Problem" and "Site Feedback" links at the very bottom of the page (DUH...strong like bull, smart like tractor.) Those links go straight to the IT Department and are promptly answered. Once they let me know about those links, 2 days and 3 response letters from them later, my issues were solved. So, my apologies to the IT Department' especially Esteban and Tango, thanks for your prompt attention.
