Hey guys I'm coming up to the 2 year training benchmark, just wanted your opinions on how my progress looking.
I'm 20 years old and train in my friends garage that contains a power rack, olympic barbell and dumbbells and 150kg of olympic plates. So my training is all oriented around free weights and bodyweight(pull ups mostly) training.
I have added 3" to my legs but they are still under-par due to having http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osgood%...latter_disease which squatting really aggravates.
My new year goal is to greatly improve my legs.

Good gains. Agree with the comment about the traps, also looks like rear delts have fallen behind a bit. Good biceps peak, front and side delts looking much thicker as well. I've really had to force myself to do rear delt work, and rear cable flyes seem to pump them up like no tomorrow. I don't seem to get any pump from doing dumbbell rear delt flyes. If you're not doing so barbell shrugs, and barbell upright rows will def thicken up the traps in a hurry! Good luck in the new year bro! Lookin swole!
This is my new progression/workout/pic/video blog!

Couldn't tell you for certain, I am 20 so I doubt my growth plates have fused just yet. Although odgood schlatters going with age is what the doctor may tell you, what i've read from a few personal experiences there are people in there 40's who still have it, i'm going to have a go at strengthening the tendon through cycling hopefully then be able to hit squats again.
Tris and upper back on the hit list for this year!
