I'm working out only twice a week.
If I were to load for 5 days and then consume everyday, would it be too much for my body?
Or will it be better to consume only after my workout? That means twice a week?

Depends what your looking at?
sure load up on Creatine postworkout and immediately after workout...but if you want results...its best to take creatine on work out days...frankly you should find more time for training...Patience and Discipline is what makes a man and has made greater men!
Think you can handle that?
