this is what a true 60lbs transformation looks like over 3.5 years of lifting
bench: went from 110x1 to 315x3 (maybe 4-5 if warmed up right)...squat 135x4 half squats to 315x5 atg (yes lulz compared to bench)...deadlift 135x6 to 415x5...
Early 2008: 6'2 150lbs (yes thats a medium shirt that isbaggy on me)
Late 2008 6'2 155lbs
Late 2009: 185lbs
Oct/Nov 2011 6'2 202lbs
Late Dec 2011: 6'2 207lbs (no school, so all lifting/resting/eating)
Feels good to know I look like I workout in a shirt unlike them *******s Josef Rakich...and have aesthetics shirtless...goin on a cut to 195 and get shredded starting today

Haha - sadly, I'm in the wrong place to knock up such pictures, since they're all on a hard disk several hundred miles from here. You're safe - for now
I cut for just more than four months. Mixed success - I reckon I could have achieved the same in a shorter period, but it was all quite experimental.
