If I calculate my daily kcal requirement and my daily macros intake, then do I need to seperately calculate kcals every day
or
can I just precisely hit all my macros for a day and dont bother with counting kcals?

Isn't fiber counted as carb?
If you eat a lot of veggies, probably you can have something like 100-200 kcal less, nothing really serious to worry about if you are consistentLast edited by vitornoob; 12-30-2011 at 04:43 AM.

I didn't say anything about that, i am just focusing on hitting the targeted numbers (well, with some delta maybe) instead of just minimum protein/fat and then go only by a calorie content.
That being said, i just don't have a caloric counter on my excel spreadsheet with my nutrition log. Why bother with it if you know that your macros will provide the exact amount of calories?
