I thought about trying more water, but I'm afraid it might make it too watery and taste worse, but I might try it. I could never pour the powder in my mouth and chase it with something, I would instantly gag, you are brave. I'm also trying to get the dosing down. I've been taking it about an hour after eating something, so far; rice with couscous and today oatmeal with myo. The first time was 1 scoop, second was 1.2, today was 1.3. The first time and today I felt great about 30-40 min after taking it, today I had really good energy before I went to the gym. Then it feels like the energy kind of goes away. Tuesday after I lifted I was completely exhausted and wanted to fall asleep on my way home, I live 7 miles from the gym and it was a struggle. It is probably something I'm doing wrong, or I may just need to increase the dose even more. I wouldn't expect myself to be stim tolerant though because I have never stayed on a pre workout for a long time. Usually when I feel hungry and do something physical I get really weak, but tomorrow I might just try it on a completely empty stomach and see what happens. I feel like once I get it dialed in it will last longer and I really want it to. What would you suggest I do? sorry it's so long

Well I don't know about anyone else but you downing a supp like jack3d guess it depends on your body. But I think you would get all gittery and shakey but must supp call for a 30 min before you workout time frame. Me Ill take normal drinks and make sure i'm done 30 mins before my workout.
You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Usually you want 8-10 ounces of water per 1 scoop to have a more mild taste. I really like it at any amount of water. If you feel that way after you do a lot of activity or if you are hungry its likely that your blood sugar levels are too low. You may want to try taking Craze 45min before you workout but eat something (protein shake) in the car on your ride home.
I drink whatever pre workout I take in less then 5 sips. Im not looking for a slow onset of effects with a Pre.Matt Cahill
