    Optimum Micronized Creatine Powder

Currently I am using EFX All American Kre-Alkalyn pills but I realized this website has http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/crea.html a creatine suppliment that is 400 servings for only like 37 bucks. Have any of you tried this brand? Would it be an upgrade or downgrade for me, and how well does that suppliment work?

    reps for good answers

creatine is supposed to be cheap lmao. Whatever fancy **** your taking isn't working. Your wasting your money. Buy the ON creatine mono that you linked. It's one of the best. I'm guna purchase it when i decide to start supplementing creatine imo.

I know that the EFX works, I've had good results with it. I'd just like to find something cheaper, and the stuff I linked is about 1/3 price.

i have it sitting in front of me right now. 300g for about $8. have had it for over a year. since its micronized, it mixes very well. doesnt settle at the bottom. im only on day 3 of loading but ive had no side effects, though ive been doing everything correctly and drinking lots of water.

don't listen to the nai sayers, optimum nutrition is a great brand, and the fact that it is micronized and creapure makes it that much more quality. there's definitely different levels of quality to creatine powders despite what people say, and this is one of the better qualities
