Here is my initial review that I posted yesterday in the Product Reviews section of the forum:
Background
Been training since late 2009. Origionally started lifting to get stronger for college soccer. I went away to play Division III but ended up transferring out after 1 year. Spent a lot of time in the gym and fell in love with lifting more than I loved soccer. I have had a few minor set backs: leg problems here and there, and in April 2011 I partially tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I really could not lift that much for a good 2 months because I was doing physical therapy 3-4x a week for 6 weeks instead of opting for surgery to repair my shoulder. The physical therapy really helped but my shoulder still hurts from time to time. I lifted over the summer but once my soccer seaon started this fall I really neglected going to the gym because I was so tried from soccer everyday and all of the school work I was getting. But now I am back dedicated to the gym 100%. So my lifts are not where they once were but I am slowly gaining my strength and size back. I am currently 5'11" and 175 lbs. I came back from school in May weighing about 193 lbs. I cut all summer down to 170 and lost some muscle along the way. Now I am currently bulking.

Day 1
Today I woke up around 10 A.M. and quickly made myself a serving of Gold Feast. I downed it quickly because I was in a rush to get to the dentist. Used 2 scoops in 24 oz of ice cold water; man did that hit the spot. My training schedule has been all messed up due to being away for the holidays but today I went to the gym at 1:30 to train chest. I just got back from the gym about a half hour ago.
Flat BB Bench Press - 12x135, 10x155, 8x175, 6x185
Incline BB Bench Press - 12x135, 10x155, 8x155, 6x160
Pec Deck Fly Machine - 12x135, 1x150, 8x150, 6x165
Flat DB Bench Press - 10x60, 8x65, 6x70
Kept it short and sweet in the gym today. My lifting partner was in a rush so we had to be quick but make sure we got a good lift in.
My next serving of Gold Feast will probably be around 9 o'clock tonight.

Whats up bros? Hope everyone had a happy and safe New Years Eve. I ended up going to a friend's party. Small get together with a few close friends but it was pretty fun. Anyways I lifted on Friday. I took yesterday off and will also take off today. I will start my normal traning protocol on Monday.
Day 2 -12/30/11
Been using Gold Feast once in the morning and once at night. I know this bottle won't last me a full 30 days so I assume this log will be complete in 2 weeks or so. Really enjoying the taste though. It would be cool if CL would bring back the Homemade Apple Pie flavor from Golden Gains that way the customers have a bit of variety to choose from. Most of their other products have a variety of flavors so why not this one?
Biceps
DB Hammer Curls - 12x20, 10x25, 8x25, 6x30
DB Seated Incline Curls - 12x20, 10x25, 8x25, 7x25
BB Curls - 12x65, 10x75, 8x95, 6x95
I try to keep most of my arm work outs very short. The bicep is a small muscle group and I really focus on a good contraction with slow negatives.
Day 3 - 12/31/11
OFF
Forgot to drink my Gold Feast because I was in a rush to get to work and I ended up being a bit late anyway. So I only had 1 serving of Gold Feast yesterday
Day 4 - 1/1/12
Can't believe it is 2012 already. I am actually sipping on Gold Feast as I sit here typing up this log. Mixed in a few ice cubes. 24 oz of water with 4 ice cubes and 2 scoops of Gold Feast (1 serving). Gonna sit back and relax today, recover from last night, then watch the Giants beat up on the Cowboys and Tony Homo I mean Romo.. haha.

Day 5 - 1/2/12
I have not been able to sleep lately so my sleep schedule has been pretty messed up. I have been going to bed around 3-4 AM and waking up around 1 PM. Thank god it is Christmas break until 1/23/12 lol. So I woke up at around 1 yesterday and made myself a serving of Gold Feast. I used 20 oz of 2% milk just to change things up. In milk GF is definitely a lot creamier than it is in water. It was really enjoyable. I went to the gym around 9:30 PM with my lifting partner. I am back on my normal lifting schedule so I worked out Chest/Triceps yesterday.

Overall really good day. My chest felt the stronget it has been in quite awhile. That was actually my first time even attempting 80 lb dumb bells so it was nice to get 4 reps. Ended my day with another serving of GF in water right before bed.

Day 6 - 1/3/12
Woke up around noon. My breakfast, lunch, whatever you want to call it was 5 whole eggs and 1 serving of GF in water with 3 tabs of Orange Triad and 3 caps of Oximega fish oils. I lifted around 9 PM and did back/bi's with my lifting partner and had my last serving of GF at midnight right before I went to lay down. Still enjoying the flavor but my tub is disappearing fast; I can't get enough of this stuff lol

Day 7 - 1/4/12
Shoulder day. This has been my absolute favorite day in the last few months ever since I hurt my shoulder is feels awesome to finally work out my shoulders with minimal to no pain compared to what I was used to feeling. Woke up early on Wednesday and had my first serving of gold feast in water along with 4 whole eggs, 3 tabs of OT & 3 caps Oximega fish oil. Went to the gym at about 3 PM and had a great workout:
Shoulders
BB Standing Military Press - 12x135, 10x135, 8x135, 6x155
DB Seated Military Press 12x40, 10x45, 8x60, 6x65
DB Side Raisers - 3x10x20
DB Front Raisers - 3x10x20
Rear Deltoid Reverse Fly Machine - 12x100, 10x120, 8x135, 6x150
Great workout. I have been thinking about hitting my shoulders 2x a week in the coming months just to try and "catch up" to where they once were considering I had to basically stop training them hard for a few months. Could I get any input on this idea?
I had my 2nd serving around 9 PM and it kept my full until I went to bed around 12:30 AM.
Day 8 - 1/5/12
Prepared my GF at 12 PM along with my OT and Oximega fish oils. Lifted at 5 PM. I also had my second serving of GF at 10 PM. I had my 2nd serving in 20 oz of milk just to switch it up again. I love it in milk!
Leg Day. Being a soccer player I never really thought to work out my legs hard. My excuse was always "oh I run enough I don't need to workout my legs." I was totally wrong. In the past few months I have began to seriously start working out my legs. I can notice a big difference in size and strength. I just wish I had started working out my legs seriously back when I started training in the fall of 09. My legs are lagging behind the rest of my body in size unfortunately.
Legs

Really focused on squeezing the muscles and getting a good contraction.

Sorry for not updating this consistantly since Thursday. I have been really busy all weekend with work and haven't been posting on the forums much, just lurking lol. But Friday was my abs/traps day. And then I took the weekend off as scheduled. I resumed training today with chest!
Day 9 - 1/6/12
Abs/Traps
BB Shrugs - 12x135, 10x185, 8x225, 6x225
Decline sit ups w/ 25 lb plate - 3x25
Hanging leg raisers w/ 10 lb ankle weights - 3x25
Standing oblique crunches w/ 50 lb DB - 3x20
Day 10 & 11-1/7/12 & 1/8/12
OFF
Worked all weekend so it was nice to take a break from the gym. Over the weeknd I used GF as a meal replacement during my breaks. It is a really nice supplement to have on the go. It is a healthy meal in a bottle and much more satisfying than eating some ****ty fast food during my breaks. So my first serving was during the afternoon on Saturday and Sunday and 2nd serving was taken around 10 PM each night! Still loving GF.
Day 12 - 1/9/12
I resumed training today and only hit chest. I was in a time crunch today because I had to meet some friends for dinner so I only did chest and I will probably fit in triceps on my back/bi day as well.
Chest

*UPDATE*
Woke up Tuesday morning and felt very ill. I have the worst cold I have had in years. I have not been lifting since Monday. I lost my appetite and it has been really hard to keep food down or even look forward to eating. Luckily I have been using Gold Feast as a replacement. This is one of the few things I have been able to keep down as of late. I still was able to have my 2 servings a day. I finished my last serving this morning so the tub is empty. With that being said this log is officially over!
