Cutting brahs halp... Always have issue with steak calories...
14oz raw.. 3 different sources
Source one says 506
Source two days 770
Source 3 says 819
What do?
I USUALLY use source 3 but it may be grossly overestimating and im missing out on 300 delicious calories"Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.”

In my opinion it doesn't matter as long as you pick one number and stick with it. Then when you stop losing weight, reduce calories from steak or whatever other food you have.
Say you pick the 819 and it turns out it's 506 and you're losing 300 more calories than expected. Watch your body/strength/the scale and see if you're losing too fast/getting too weak, if so, then just add more steak or add more food.
OR you can just take the average of the 3 and you'll only be like +- 100-150 calories off

Back from doing stuff brahs, went out to eat at Subway and ordered a foot long oven roasted chicken breast sub with lettuce, tomato, onions, banana peppers, jalapenos and honey mustard sauce with pepper jack cheese..
I also ate a chocolate chip cookie..feelsbadman?
I've allowed it into my macros for the day but I can't help feeling like maybe I cheated and did something bad..Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. - The Austrian Oak

bros on fatburners,
I've been taking Gaspari's Spirodex (had 4 weeks worth thru Myofusion purchases). starting week 3 and I've notice considerable decline in stamina. This normal? I would expect there to be some drop, but for example I could get 225 on bench twice on my own, now I'm struggling to get 2 clean with 185... Going to stick with it for the last week, but I probably won't be touching another one for a while. Will my strength shoot back up after I've been off it for a days?

What helps me not cheat is to make it very very very hard; meaning I'd have to go OUT of my way to cheat.
For example before you go out of town, precook your food and put it in tupperware containers; brown rice, chicken, vegetables can be carried in them easily. Then when you get to wherever you are put them in the fridge.
You can buy cans of salmon too, very cheap and easy to bring around.
If all your friends want to go out and refuse to stay in and you don't want to be a social outcast, then just count calories. If the meal at five guys is all your daily cals in one sitting, then don't eat all day except when you go to five guys :P

Made great progress past month or so.
Potentially big setback today - something wrong with my shoulder, probably caused by flat bench. Painful when I lift anything with that arm. Here's hoping it improves over the next few days and it's nothing serious!Recycle Crew

Stop flat bench for a while, let it heal up, then do rotator cuff work. There is a lot of information available on fixing your shoulder and protecting it, I wouldn't brush this off.
I bombed my exams that I thought would be easy, and didn't do amazing on the one I knew was gonna be hard. But this morning I hit 2 PR's on chest, so all in all not a horrible day.
EDIT

Same here. Barbell kills my shoulder.

Yeah, I wondered what caused it as it was fine until I woke up the next day, tried benching today and had to lower the weight by 20lbs or so due to the pain, should have stopped really. It's quite commonly caused by benching with proper form as your shoulder needs to perform an unnatural movement/rotation.
May have to do the same man, what injury was it specifically?
Will avoid flat bench in that case. I wont brush it off - would rather let it heal up properly and take a few weeks off rather than keep straining it and be out for months.
What about specific shoulder exercises - Dumbbell shoulder press etc? give them a rest for a bit?Recycle Crew

edit: stats are off. Starting weight: 95.5 kg and Current Weight: 93.5kg
I bulked from 185 pounds to around 210 pounds over the past 8 months

I'm starting to feel like I can only lean up to a certain point, then my body stops burning fat altogether.
I am MUCH leaner than I was, but I just can't seem to get this stupid belly/love handle fat to go away. It's only been two weeks of serious cutting though. Starting to feel like I will never get rid of this fat, like my body won't allow it..
Someone please tell me that is not physically possible so I don't get super phucking discouraged.Hey you, Hey you, This won't hurt a bit.

Was doing heavy on incline barbell bench and dumbass spotter didn't level the barbell when he needed to and messed up my right shoulder/rotator cuff. Stopped doing shoulders for a little but then after starting to do shoulders again and doing heavy shrugs - felt the pain again.
I still workout shoulders..I just don't do shrugs of any kind. I can do dumbbell shoulder press with no problem..and try to work the traps out with behind the back lat pulldowns
Agree..you feel your chest working out a lot more with dumbbells
