Fuarkkkkk I pull 475 4 times. The most i have pull since i started cutting(went from 510x3 to 455x3), did 30 min stairs and my back is fried. I can t even walk had to sit in the truck for like 20 min just so u could star driving

Had dat dere cheat day on Saturday, felt good man. Miller's Ale House plus lots of drinking that night ended the day with 2948 cals. Sunday I only had 1621 though because I woke up later, ate a pulled chipotle chicken sandwich for lunch, and then a considerable spaghetti dinner that night and a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch.
Back on it today, legs and shoulders and 10 mins of cardio if I can manage it, might not be possible for leg day though.
199.2lbs this morning but I'm not worried... still down from 202 starting weight last week.
Still looking for suggestions on a cheap good food scale.

Target has a digital food scale for $19, had mine for almost 2 years and still works, even use it for mixing resin when working on my cars lol (change the top plate out obviously)
Got back on EC, full dose from the start, feels jittery man haha

Also, could possibly be a noob question but after reading in this thread I'm pretty interested in this EC stack, just curious but is the 8mg tabs of Ephedrine from 4EverFit a good choice? Already have the 200mg caffeine tabs from a while back. And I'm guessing it's been discussed before but is it usual to leave out the Aspirin now from the stack? The food order has come so my diet has started today, and I'm doing cardio again. Not eating much for the first week, a) to get used to being a bit hungry b) to shift the water weight. Today up to 4pm had:
30g shake with oats
2 bananas
large salmon salad
3 black coffees
75g cashew nuts

Cut is going well so far. I'm so glad I recomped/mini bulked from mid-September through the new year. I am visibly more cut right now at 208 than I was in the low 190s back in September. Strength way up too, I really needed it after cutting for 3.5 months over summer.
Surprisingly haven't noticed any decline in gym or any serious hunger problems. Everythingwentbetterthanexpected.jpg so farÜbermensch

In for my first cut. Started gettin some results last spring then turned into a fat lazy burn out drunk over the summer. Gained 25lbs now im a 195lb soft piece of schit .Lookin to get down to 165lb. Havn't been to the gym since last feb, gettin back at er tonight, pumped as fuk. Plan right now is to lift 3-4 days a week and mix in some cardio as well. Also want to add a cutter if anyone has some suggestions, been outta the loop for a while anything new I should try?
