Any other bro feels so small while cutting? For me it's worse than being hungry. I look in the mirror and I'm more sad about small arms/chest, than happy about more visible abs.

Putting together IF with Keto this week. Went insane last night. Double chicken legs, 1.5lb ground pork patty, a couple of eggs and a caesar salad. And I'm not even bloated right now.

I eat the same **** every day (almonds, eggs, oats, tuna, grilled chicken, brown rice, bananas, whey, milk) just in varying quantities depending on bulk or cut. Already down 4 pounds this week, would love to play football this year at about 180 shredded.

Stocked up on some groceries a couple hours ago. Tons of eggs/milk/chicken/turkey sausage/cheese.
But most importantly, I found some pita wrap type things at Kroger that taste AMAZING and are 90cal/9g protein/16g carb (9g fiber)/2.5g fat. Called FlatOut Light Original or something. Made two chicken/lettuce/cheese/fat free ranch wraps that were really good for breakfast. I think they'd be good as breakfast burritos too w/ eggs/cheese/ham. I suggest you brahs check them out.Übermensch

I just started my EC stack 2 days ago. Feeling great so far but I'll need to start counting my calories otherwise I'm afraid I'll lose too much at once or just end up losing nothing.

I was cutting at 1800 cals for awhile. Cardio was easy, but weightlifting was really hard(urdoingitwrong.jpg)
2,100 calories is working A LOT better!

In on this - cut starts today (disregard old stats).
First time cutting after a long bulk.
Anyone know roughly what the maintenance calories are for someone 5'11 185lbs? and would starting on 300 calories less than this be the best way to start?

Calories in/calories out. It's friggin easy!! And as long as you don't eat pure crap it's almost hard to get enough food.
And a food scale is a must, amazing how far off estimated weight are on chicken and fish.

About 17-19% right now, aiming for at least 10%, about 191 or so. On 2500cal, 200g+ protein, 70-80g fat, around 200g carbs. Really tough to eat that amount and keep carbs low, but I'm determined

furkkk almost kill a dog this morning. I doing my morning walk and all of a sudden 1 see a ****ing dog infront on me! So i swing my 1.5 L Nalgene waterbottle (full) and hit the mofo right in the ear, He was out cold and the owner was screaming **** about it and carry it home i guess Not **** was giving.

lettuce be cereal, i go to school 3 days a week for most of the day, i work 4 days a week all day, and workout 5x a day. I feel its a pretty busy schedule as is, adding a calorie defecit doesent help me wanting to hang out with my friends late at night (when im most hungry and tempted to binge)LA Misc Crew
