Alright so the New Years is approaching so I thought I'd start a no fap month thread. Longest I've gone is prolly a week, so hopefully you guys can keep me on track.
Rules:
1. No fapping lol
2. Sex is allowed...not with your hand tho...with a female or a male...
3. Update thread at least once a week
4. Ladies also welcome as well
Fap as much as you want till Dec 31st 11:59, then prepare your angus
On a side note, I dry fapped a lil too hard two days ago and I "burned myself" a bit so no fap Jan starting early!!

I gotta say the hardest days were 1-7... I finally got past day 7 after failing 2 times and the urge to fap is much lower, but still pretty horny. On day 12 now and biggest benefit I found was that I have more energy and could sleep a lot less and feel more awake than if I got full sleep. I am gonna go thru with it at least til the end of the month and see what happens. I did feel a bit more irritable at some points and my social skills and anxiety are still up and down as usual. Not sure if I will continue past 2 weeks.

In. lasted almost 2 weeks december then i saw porn and fapped. could have easily went longer. hopefully things will go better this time around.
