Well, I have been wondering this for quite some time, and I'm eager to post this and see your all's opinions!
I am wondering what supplements are best for sprinters! That is, 200 meter - 400 meter runners (track & field).
Are there certain supplements that will give you that little extra edge (Other than steroids :P ) when running these types of races? Supplements that will help you enhance your fast twitch muscles when training? Etc. etc.
Please help! Thanks so much.

There's nothing i could really recommend for race-day enhancement that wouldn't make you test positive lol. I can however suggest things that will improve training, and thus improve your races.
Beta Alanine: needs 6 weeks or so to build up, take 4g at least daily. Split doses.
Citrulline Malate: before track practice. 4-6g
Taurine: improves water circulation, helps fight cramping. 4-6g before track practice.
Creatine: a creatine nitrate will improve endurance and recovery. 3-5g daily.
Cordyceps: improves endurance/training. take 1 hour before race and/or practice.Psych & handcuffs

I bet a post workout to aid in your recovery between days of working out would be immensely helpful in increasing your performance.
