I was wondering what exercises you guys think would be most beneficial to increasing my jump. I really love playing basketball and though only 5'9", I'd like to dunk one day. I'm currently on a cut so I won't be able to build a lot of muscle but every little bit counts. My current workout regimen is as follows:
M- Squats, bench, bent-over barbell row, overhead barbell press, deadlifts, curls, calf raises(got this workout from the workout programs forum stickies)
Tu- play bball for an hour
W- meet with personal trainer, usually a mixture of resistance training and cardio, a bit like circuit training
Th- bball for an hour
F- same as monday
Anything I should add to this to help my leap?

this is actually my specialty! haha
must squat/deadlift/power clean HEAVY weight @ LOW reps.
must add a plyo routine. depth jumps/shock jumps are crucial.
must lose weight.
must increase both dynamic and static flexibility.
good luck on your journey to dunking; it's going to be a long one. if you stay determined and disciplined, you will eventually get there.there's a 99.9% chance that I can jump higher than you.
