ay wassup errybody! I'm about to start using creatine. Tomorrow is my chest and bi's day and it's gonna be my first day with creatine,
So now i'm really confused on using it!! i know for sure that i should take it after my workout, but i dont know how! it's so confusing cause i take a
whey protein shake post workout, so im not sure what to do, should i just mix it with the shake? what about spiking my insulin? should i eat like 2
banans? or should i mix the creatine with grape juice?
And also should i load on it the first day? how to?
and how much creatine should i intake a day?
And one more thing, i didn't get my creatine supplement yet, i'm getting it tomorrow, and im getting the Optimum Nutrition creapure creatine,
now is this a good choice? if not, what do you reccomend?

lots of threads on this. Also , you are 16 so I dont recommend you take it.
Since you probably wont listen and still buy it, I will give you the information so that you dont mess up. Your creapure is fine.
No loading. Take it at any time of the day with anything. It doesnt matter if its morning, evening, with juice, on a sammich, sprinkled on your pancakes, on your hand or on a stick.
Take 3-5g a day. No more
I would personally cycle ever few months and take 6+ weeks off. Others will tell you that you dont need to. Be smart about it and decide for yourself.

you can take it with anything or without everything. If you so desire, you can take it with 2 bananas post workout. You can also take it pre workout or after you wake up etc.\

You can load. Weather you go 20gr for 5 days, 10gr for 10 days or 5 gr for 30 days they are all loading protocols. Since 5 gr is maintence for most body weights anyways its easier to just take that. You wont notice effects till around 30 days that way.
The generic 3-5 gr recommendation kind of bothers me because 3 gr will never saturate most bodyweights (girls maybe). Take 5 not 3......at least for the first 30 days.
