    Smile Critique my diet plan please?

    I started this meal plan today. Previously I was eating 1800+ calories and not exercising. I'm 26 y/o 5'3 weigh 147lbs my gw is 130.

    Breakfast - old fashioned oatmeal with agave, 2 scoops muscle milk w/ water
    Lunch- sliced apple, banana with cinnamon, carrots & celery with hummus, 2 pcs mozzarella string cheese light
    Dinner- veg burger with 2 slices bread, mixed steamed veggies, 2 pcs string cheese, apple or orange
    Totals about 1400 calories
    30mins strength training & 30mins cardio/day
