So, sodium causes water retention right?
How much sodium/how much water retention (im not looking for a set number of course, but just the basic theory)
If I were to eat a lot of sodium, and not drink that much water, I would retain a lot of water correct?
What if I were to drink a lot of water after eating that same amount of sodium?
How long does the water retention last?
Thanks.

whoa wait, so the water retention from sodium is acually the sodium making you thirsty, so you drink a lot of water, so you retain what you drink?
i was always under the impression that if you are retaining water,
you can drink maybe 1-2 gallons of water a day all day, and then after a few weeks of doing that every day, your body will get used to having a constant supply of water THEREFOR the more water you drink, the LESS you will retain!!!!Drug free is the way to be (srs)
