[QUOTE=Adampff;892523481]I was planning on continuing to take progress pictures and posting at the end of the year. However, I figure about half way is close enough.
The before pictures are the worst shape I was ever in. In 2011 I had to endure 3 surgeries and was unable to lift weights, run or do anything physically active which as you can see, made me gain some weight. However January 2, 2012 I was cleared by the doctors and began my goal of reaching 200 lbs. Although I am not there yet, by mid-July I should have achieved my goal.
Here is the progress so far. 260 lbs -----> 214 lbs
When do you think I will see abs?
QUOTE]
Great abs.Judging by your progress I would say abs will be present in a month or two.Prove me wrong and do it in 3 weeks?!Props bro.ReppedWho will positively change the health and fitness of New Zealanders....This guy

I've been lifting for months. Have lost 30 pounds. Doing cardio. I would like to claim I eat clean, but I've cheated a lot. I decided today that STOPS. Hit the gym hard, and hitting the Diet even harder. My profession (I travel a lot) makes it hard to for me to keep up, but I am motivated more than anything. 4 months ago I bought an engagement ring, and got dumped via text before I could ask. She dumped me because she found a skinnier guy. IM DONE playing. It's time to get back into shape.
Attached are Front, Side pics, and the most emotionally satisfying meal I've had in a long time.
Age: 26
Height: 6'3''
Weight: 289#
Goal: 230#
I don't think my body is god-awful for my weight, but that's still a bull**** excuse.

I really would *LOVE* to know how you guys shed the weight. I'm lifting 4 days a week (with abs twice a week) and do cardio 7 days a week (20 minutes a day at 155-165 heart rate). I literally Eat only oatmeal and chicken breasts with muti's, whey's, and seeds, with the ocasional salad or soup thrown in. Definitely cutting calories. I have dropped about 5 pounds total in about 3 weeks.

Track EVERYTHING you eat/drink/dip and get a food scale. Set it to loose 1 lb a week and be patient. You can change the macros to your liking in the goals/change goals/custom set up if you like. I had mine at 35%/35%/30% (P/C/F) at a 500 cal deficit.Out of a job yet?....keep buying foreign!
