First of all I watched my nutrition. Never had any bad snacks after that, added more food with more proteins, but I´m never going to buy all these supplements and stuff. Replaced the Coke with green tea, and drank alot of water.
About my routine; well I do karate 3 times a week, but in the beginning I added cardio besides that as well. HIIT-running 3 days as well besides the 3 days of karate. That made me lose weight inmediately. Even in the Christmas season I still lost weight.
Than in December I stopped with cardio, because karate is actually cardio training as well, and I started focussing on my muscles.
Day 1: Chest & Back, and some ab excercises
Day 2: Karate
Day 3: Shoulder & Arms, and some ab excercises
Day 4: Legs & Back, and ab excercises
Day 5: Karate
Day 6: Karate
Day 7: rest

Very happy atm, as it hasn't even been a year since I said I will lose the weight.
156Kg on the left in the photo's,
115Kg in these, and as the date states since May I decided to turn around.
