Roughly a little over a year ago, @ 190-200 pounds. This was after my freshmen year... diet was McDonalds, Five Guys, Subways, Pizza, everything you can possibly imagine. All around my high school, was somewhere tempting to eat. I was eating and eating and before I knew it, I ballooned. Thankfully, a gym opened in my town and my mom forced me to go. I am now 155 pounds. I know it's not the greatest transformation, but it helps me to keep on going, seeing how much I've changed.
BTW, off topic but, what can somebody guess my body fat %?

thanks for the kind words. as far as loose skin goes, the best thing you can do is lift heavy and have a slow and steady pace with your weight loss. stay hydrated and make sure you're eating healthier and getting proper nutrition. loose skin just depends on a few factors, how fast the weight gain was, how slow it was coming off, if your skin was damaged or not and if you're lucky enough to have good skin genes lol. somehow i got really lucky. after losing 200lbs i have very minimal loose skin except for when im hunching over or in pushup position, you can see it a lot more then. as far as surgery goes, i am considering it and seeing if my insurance provider will cover it.
