Thanks so much guys! It has been fun to say the least! I absolutely enjoy moving my body, and now its more of who i am and what i'm known for by my peers, which 5 years ago no onewould have ever guessed! Lifestyle change for sure! I can't wait to hit 199 for the first time since like middle school (i know i said 200, but i want to see 199 at least once!) and my bodyfat to compliment it. it will be satisfying!

I hear you buddy!... It bothers the hell out of me... I think if i remove it i will look so much better...
I am planning to do a abdominoplasty sometime in the next 2 years. But i hear there is a laser tightening procedure..called titan laser i think.. I will look into that first because there is no scar with that. Wish you the best!

Depends... On where you live, the type od procedure...the amount of work to be done... But I think around 5-8k to be done right...so do like me and start saving up jejeje. The laser procedure.. Is by sessions...couple hundred a session I guess.. And you see results in 6-10 sessions... Its cheaper.. But not everyone qualifies...and the results vary from person to person...

A few tips that I used to avoid getting loose skin (lost 50 pounds):
- Lose weight at a moderate pace (1lbs per week max)
- Scrub the stomach area with a luffa everytime you shower
- Eat a healthy and nutrition diet so your body has all the tools it needs to maintain skin health
- Apply quality moisturizer in loose skin area daily (organic if possible with vitamin E and all the other vitamins that work). If $ is an issue, olive oil works miracles.

well i already have the lose skin, have lost about 90 pounds, ate a healthy diet for about 80% of my loss, but i was at a pace of about 2lbs per week i think, i probably lost all the weight to fast since i started at beginning of January at 315 and im at 225 today. I heard people talk about putting prep H on lose skin, but about the quality moisturizer any brand u would promote?

Cocoa butter seems to be recommended by most. Loose skin can take some time to tighten up , anything from nearly instantly to a year - year and a half depending on age , genetics , and how long it's been stretched. Unless its an extreme amount of loose skin , then surgery is most likely the only way. abdominal plastic if a full one aint without risks , infections , skin necrosis etc. So I would see it as a last resort after waiting for a year to see if it tightens.
