    this is me after 2 months idk just looking for some feedback cuz sometimes i think i look like a huge pussy lol for those of you who remembered to drink your hatorade thats fine just say what i should work on and any exercises you think are good cuz i don't realy know what to do a lot of the time.

    Hey guys, love this thread, so much motivation. Im a FFB (former fat boy) and my buddy wanted me to do a MPD show with him, I spent 6 months getting diet on and lifting. I think i was on calorie/ carb deficit for too long because i came in the week of the show a lot smaller than i ever thought i was going to be. No biggie, i had a great time competing and want to do an other show next year. Now im working on making some gains in the other direction!

    eggs, grilled chicken, hot sauce, celery, broccoli, spinach protein shakes.

    cut out almost all beer, only drank probably 5 times all year, no fried food, i work in a restraunt and all we have is ****ty food, so i started eating the grilled chicken and hot sauce. yeah it gets old but 30 lbs i couldnt feel better.

    i do have cheat meals i say im only abot 90% commited with my diet.

    Lil update. Currently bulking went from 184-232. About to start my cut in a few weeks, but this is my progress so far.
    Start-234lbs

    Then I cut down to around 184 (6 month span)

    Keto diet. was around 1.8k-2k cals a day. Weights+HIIT every other day.
