Long time lurker here. I started my transformation last April doing the P90X program. I have continued with it until this day. Been fat my entire life and was 325 lbs. when I decided to make a change. No bad health issues, I just decided it was time to make a change to be around a little longer. As of today I'm 208 lbs. and going for more. My original goal was to get under 300 lbs., but now I'm almost addicted to working out. I feel great and the reactions I get from people that have known me since I was young is crazy. This is the lightest I've been since I was 13 years old. I'll be 28 next week. The best part is I work for Whole Foods and we get higher discounts based on how healthy we are when it comes time for yearly health screenings. Last year I was in the morbidly obese and high risk category for everything. This year I made gold and was only .7 away from achieving the highest platinum category due to my height to waist ratio. I still have a long way to go and working on getting better every day. Pictures go from my heaviest around 330 to the last picture on May 1st where I weighed in at 210.

Hey guys, love this thread, so much motivation. Im a FFB (former fat boy) and my buddy wanted me to do a MPD show with him, I spent 6 months getting diet on and lifting. I think i was on calorie/ carb deficit for too long because i came in the week of the show a lot smaller than i ever thought i was going to be. No biggie, i had a great time competing and want to do an other show next year. Now im working on making some gains in the other direction!

Awesome...What is your diet?

eggs, grilled chicken, hot sauce, celery, broccoli, spinach protein shakes.

cut out almost all beer, only drank probably 5 times all year, no fried food, i work in a restraunt and all we have is ****ty food, so i started eating the grilled chicken and hot sauce. yeah it gets old but 30 lbs i couldnt feel better.

i do have cheat meals i say im only abot 90% commited with my diet.

cant wait till 240!

Lil update. Currently bulking went from 184-232. About to start my cut in a few weeks, but this is my progress so far.

Then I cut down to around 184 (6 month span)

Keto diet. was around 1.8k-2k cals a day. Weights+HIIT every other day.
