Dreamer bulked for 3 years and got to 190 lbs (on left).
Dieter since Jan and dropped to 146 was my lowest weigh in. Lost like 20 lbs on big 3 though.

I just found out that my bodyspace account is still active, so I decided to post my transformation.
The transformation didn't really started until February 2012, when I started running.
I didn't really lift. Just doing bodyweight exercises (push ups, pull ups, dips) and playing around with a couple of 20 lbs dumbbell.
The latest pictures was taken August 25, 2014.

Didn't see this thread, but I'll post here, too. 18 month progress.
Right was before, at 203 lbs, left is after at 140 lbs. Bottom picture is me 3 weeks into my lean bulk at 145lbs.

Facially, I probably went from a 2/10 to 5/10. Diet was IFFYM until 14%, then added in 1.5kg veggies to my daily diet and ate much cleaner.Originally Posted by aceteddies
