My Transformation
Back in 2009 I had ballooned to around 227 LBS and being 5'6" I knew I had to do something.
Cut a long story short I dropped lots of weight and over the next year and managed to keep most of it off, but never really got into fantastic shape. About 4 months ago I decided I wanted to get into shape and dropped some more weight.
I am currently at around 146lbs and have plateaued - for the bast 8 weeks my weight hasnt shifted despite trying different workouts, changing my meals, etc... I also as you can see and imagine has some loose skin and lower belly and back fat that I am slowly working towards getting rid of. Pics below:

Waited too long to post here with my transformation. Well my pics are not semi naked, infact fully dressed. Got another 15-20 pounds to cut.
I started last july with the goal to have a full transformation in 3 months (lol). I went all cardio for a month and after lurking on bb.com and learning over months i realized i am doing it the wrong way as my target goal was to have a muscular built. I started doing strength training with a 10 min running for a warmup and it worked out really well. Difference of around 60lbs from before and after. The only key i believed in was consistency. My PSMF log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168884103

Before pictures: Sitting at 97kg, only bulked. Didn't lift THAT properly. but gained some size at least.
Taken today - currently sitting at 82-83kg. Starting to do 20-30 min sessions of HIIT every 3rd day currently. Very long school days + weightlifting workout before can easily make me tired as hell combined with the diet, so currently I'm not doing much.
Taken from my own thread, but I would categorize myself as more as fat than anything else (also I looked even worse before the before photos). The job that each of you have done in this thread is no less than absolutely amazing. Every time I've felt like quitting, I just had a peak in here. Some have much heavier than me and how you get rid of the "there's no point anyway" thought is so so so motivational. Proves that theres always a way! A massive applause, it's fantastic.freddenmr.tumblr.com

Not as amazing as a lot of people here but this is mine, worked hard in the gym but the best thing i did was to start intermittent fasting.
