incredible! one of the best transformations i've EVER seen. what are your current goals??
Thanks man! Right now the big goal is to get the rest of the weight off... down to about 210 or so. Then I'd like to start a bulking cycle and get back up to 230 or so. Then lean down and see where I'm at at that point. Eventually I'd like to get on stage, but I gotta see what the skin looks like and all that stuff.

amazing bro! did you cut? bulk? neither? looks like you not only gained some mass, but your body shape is starting to look more aesthetic...gjdm! keep it up! interested to see how you made the change...diet? workout routine? thx buddy!
I lift weights and have a good diet. Lifted three days and then took a day off, always changed the routine to keep them muscles guessing and basically made sure I stay at least in the 6 hour range of sleep. Now I lift Monday through Friday but I'm gonna go back to working out three days and taking a 4th day off. I feel like I don't need to fix something that isn't broken.
Was I cutting or bulking? At that point my intention was to lose fat but I started working out on some exercises and I started to notice what made my muscle pumped and what wasn't working for me. Once I found what I was comfortable with and I just took off. The fat basically left on its own. I went from size 36 to a size 30 in the first three months.
Hey guys, first post here. Have been lurking for a long while but never got around to getting a profile. Now I have.
This is my pic. I went from 125kgs to 85 at my lowest. That's a 40kg (or 88lb for you Americans) weight loss - I'm 192cm tall (or 6'3').
I've been on a solid bulk to 96kgs now, and i've been doing lots of strength training so I'm bigger than in the pic now, but my bodyfat percentage only went up 1.3% (from 14.3 to 15.6) during that bulk, so it's around 9kgs of lean mass I've gained which I guess is pretty good.
Now I'm back to cutting down food intake. I want to be able to see abs at some point in my life. Going for 12-11% bodyfat, at around 90kgs.

cheers mate to be honest my diet was so awful before that i lost the first 25-30 pounds by just quitting the drinking and junk food. After that i stuck to a low carb, med fat, high protien diet to get down to about 200lbs where i stalled for a bit before using intermittent fasting to get to my current weight i found that 1800 calories a day was my sweet spot for losing 2-3 lb a week. My carb sources were just alot of green veg, protien was chicken, eggs, whey, tuna and fats just came from nuts, olive oil and flax

Sometimes I get frustrated and write replies that sound harsh. TRUST ME, if I'm replying to your thread it's because I actually care about your progress. So don't take it personal.
