well i already have the lose skin, have lost about 90 pounds, ate a healthy diet for about 80% of my loss, but i was at a pace of about 2lbs per week i think, i probably lost all the weight to fast since i started at beginning of January at 315 and im at 225 today. I heard people talk about putting prep H on lose skin, but about the quality moisturizer any brand u would promote?
Cocoa butter seems to be recommended by most. Loose skin can take some time to tighten up , anything from nearly instantly to a year - year and a half depending on age , genetics , and how long it's been stretched. Unless its an extreme amount of loose skin , then surgery is most likely the only way. abdominal plastic if a full one aint without risks , infections , skin necrosis etc. So I would see it as a last resort after waiting for a year to see if it tightens.
thats 1k right there. in LIQUID
just do that alone 3x a day = done.
eat a big mac for christ sakes lol
o and seeing your ribs like that..not cool
I too lost 300lbs down to 142 before my doctor said i was going to die
you admit to eating 1400 a day, so be honest, most days its more like 1k ...
I'm telling you this, to prepare you. You are going to have to start eating again. or die
and when you do...be prepared for a massive 50lb weight gain in that first year
my best advice i can give you is, weight train. hard! real hard! and dont worry about the extra fat gain. Its going to come. former fattys who lose that much then start to eat "normal" again always have issues. There is no alternative, you cant eat less then 1400 a day for the rest of your life
just keep thinking 200lbs is a normal man. for the most part. if you can maintain between 200-230 for the rest of your life thats OK!!! that a normal person.
Follow my 300lb weight loss journey and subsequent recomp :)

Im guessing im around 14% bodyfat, i just dont have alot of muscle mass.. so slowly adding more calories now, which is a very strange concept for me... Has anyone else had trouble with this? I can't get my mind around eating more.
And 3 months of tracking macros properly has allowed me to gain some muscle, on a cut... 2200 calories on a ratio (****ty i know) of 40:30:30. I'm 5kg lighter in the bottom pic.
Long way to go, but wanted to share... many in here have inspired me, i hope that i can do the same for others.
INB4 tattoo changed sides lol

Thanks Znik! At my highest, that I know of, I was 426 pounds... which was February 14 of this year heh. I hadn't weighed myself for years prior to that though.
