    Work is going to ruin my body

    So it's very difficult to get in calories on a five minute break. I can't eat a chicken or turkey breast with veggies or anything huge. It sucks, I have cytogainer to give me the calorie boost I'm missing at work but how would you guys do it if you were me?

    Might want to call some one higher up in your work, bc you are getting screwed if your break is only 5 mins
