    That totally depends on the individual but at 11 weeks out I was having approx. 200 grams a day

    Different for everybody, at 11 weeks out I was still at 400g/day. Now 5 weeks out most days are 175g/day.

    exactly. it depends on so many different variables, AGE, genetics, metabolism, enzymes, liver, fat around a liver????/

    so many things, you gotta findout what works for you.

    About 500g's should do it, refeed twice a week around 1000g's.
