Final weight: 119.5 lbs
I lost almost 7 pounds, over 5% of my weight. But I have lost it in the first month (Jan), and then yoyo-ed/maintained.
I am going to put the scale away and just focus on healthy nutrition and exercise for this month. I think I got too tied up with the scale.
So I cannot join the new challenge. But good luck to everyone who does.

Aww... I thought the final weight in would be on friday too
