I'm in!! Only just signed up to Bodyspace and this will be great motivation to help me on my journey!
As for the spreadsheet, why not try creating a Google Docs spreadsheet and giving us all access to it so that we can easily see everyone else's progress. That would be great motivation, and far easier than us having to look through this thread to see everyone's progress. What do you think? You can lock it so that you're the only one that can edit it, but we can all view the spreadsheet.

Aight boys i'm all in.
Gotta get back to where i was, going to the gym after been afk for 2-weeks , i'm rested and loaded to go.

I want to get to 190lbs but 200-220lbs people last year said was a better weight for me
