Things seem to be going well & sticking VERY close to my planned meals i calculated but i've been doing IIFYM tweaks with mostly carbs here & there. Using a muffin instead of a slice of white toast knocked 25 cals off & not having a protein shake or apple at all knocked another 117 cals & 82 cals off respectively which i used to indulge myself two milk chocolate digestive biscuits & a nice 22 cal hot chocolate drink.
Think i'm doing it right but need to start working out ASAP to help things along. Might chase the doctor up on the note i need.

could someone point it out where i went wrong?
i started weightlifting in march.
i was eating 3000->3400 kcals a day (increasing cal. intake as i was gaining weight, went from 155 lbs to 196 lbs), with 30% protein 40% carbs 30% fat ratio.
there was no problem at all with this
now this is my first cut in my life, started it on 2nd of january.
i didn't want to switch to 500 kcals deficit immediately, so i thought 2700 kcals would be a good starting point then decrease it to 2400 over a few weeks. macro ratios: 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat
there was no problem at all yesterday, but today (3rd of january)...
i had diarrhea 3 times today. in the afternoon i started to feel sick - sore throat, mild headache, i was very tired and couldn't concentrate on learning (i have an exam the day after tomorrow)
i decided to eat 2 bananas and some potatoes and i got much much better an hour later, but this f*cked up my macro ratios a little bit.
am i doing something wrong? or should i stay with this and my body will get used to it?
thanks for the help!

I'm having a hard time eating enough calories because I'm not hungry. I force myself to eat:
Breakfast: Plain oatmeal in the morning and a Myofusion shake.
Lunch: 4oz of steak round thin cut with a cup full of broccoli and an apple.
Snack: Powerbar Pro Elite
Post workout: Myofusion shake
Dinner: Cup of scrambled egg whites with diced red bell pepper, jalapenos, garlic, and tomatoes.
Gallon of water within the day..
Cardio 5 days a week.
I've lost alot of weight but i'm concerned of my lack of appetite even after working out. Could it be that I'm drinking enough water to keep me satiated? I have tons of energy all day and I smoke pot at night to unwind. I do take a multivitamin daily, B12, and CLA. I also sweat at night in my sleep, drenched shirt sometimes. I scheduled a appointment with my Dr. just to check me out but anyone have thoughts or experienced this?

doing leangains, so much easier to eat that way. Indoor rockclimbed for 2.5 hours, and felt really realyl strong considering the last 3-4 weeks have been non stop sitting around and dinner parties. Seeing my forum name on that spreadsheet was really the last nail in the coffin- motivation= acquired.

Just got done with 45 min low intensity on the elliptical, and things are looking good for when I weigh myself tomorrow morning before swimming. Time to have some of nature's most perfect food, ZE EGG!

Been in my deficit since Monday, feeling good actually. Had a few mountain bike ride out yesterday, and also a 3 day weight routine every week.
If anyone in here is new to cutting, loosing weight. Dont get to caught up with trying to eat "healthy" 24-7, it will get boring. And you might not wait it out.
Have a read of these two stickies. They helped me shift a stone before xmas.
