ok, its mma and everything can happen... but thinking lesnar will win is plain pigeon level dumb. its betting on usa against brasil in soccer.

i dont see how brock wants to win this fight. forget striking, since its the worst hw striker versus one of the best.
lesnar cant bully reem like he did with mir and he cant sub him like he did to carwin. (called that one)
while on the other side, overeem can knock him out cold from the feet, sub lesnar like mir did or beat him up like velasquez (and carwin) did.
i expect a fight similar to overeem vs rogers.
i like reem but im no ones nuthugger. the only topnotch hw he beat during his ongoing 10win streak was werdum (his last fight). he is going to have a serious challenge with UFCs HW division.
but lesnar should not be a problem. lesnar is a one trick pony.... his strength and i think overeem is stronger.
reem trains alot strongmen style.




edit: reem vs werdum: werdum is a very solid fighter. he is 14-5 and 4 of his losses were against (once/actual) champions. he is just as slick as the nogueiras or gracies back in the day.

Yeah, he was cut after the Torres fight and fought on Dream 17 (which was a decent card itself).

Also, the Aerts/Fujita, Sawada/Suzukawa, Sakuraba/Shibata, Barnett/Suzuki, LeBanner/Sylvia fights are IGF rules (pro wrestling) =\ should bring the lulz if anything.

Overeem / Lesnar is obviously the best main event out of the two but to say the rest of either card doesn't matter is silly.

I never stated one card was better than the other. I am looking forward to 3-4 fights on both of them.

Is it against the rules to enjoy other fights that don't place in UFC? ... some people enjoy MMA in general.

Yeah, it's pretty disappointing. My guess is that they needed more time in between the Bantamweight Tournament fights to allow the fighters to rest before fighting a second time.

i hope reem beats lesnar up in a slow fashion. punishes him with low kicks to his knee and knock his ugly face into a tomato, send him breakdancing across the cage(again) and finishes him in the corner while he is holding his face in a fetus position. then i hope someone throws a bottle into lesnars eye on his walk out. a car accident on his way to the airport followed up by a plane crash, which he survives until the sight lights up in flames and hits his pinky toe as he escapes .
