    either way is ok. But I prefer isolating my arms meaning I train Biceps and Triceps same day. Sometimes alternating muscles between sets and most of the times alternating muscles between exercises.

    you don't necessarily have to train both biceps and triceps on the same day. But if you do, do all triceps exercises before you start biceps.
