I literally have just been disinterested in sex for at least a month now, probably longer.

At first I didn't notice it, but now I've realized that its been going on for a while. I just recently hooked up with a girl and couldn't get hard. I was pretty drunk at the time, but it really kind of woke me up to the issue.

Anyways:

Testosterone levels are mid 600s ng/dl
Eat fats from walnuts, avocados
Diet generally consists of Eggs, Potatoes, Brocolli, Chicken, Rice, Walnuts
I lift
Don't do much if any cardio, slowly adding it in



A lot of kids I know have absolutely pure shi-t diets, don't sleep enough, don't lift, and still don't have the same problem because they are chasing pussy all the time.

I literally have realized that maybe its why I am not as interested in chasing girls as the rest of my friends are. I don't see the point in wasting a lot of time to get something so simple as sex, but maybe it's just because my sex drive has always been low. Maybe it's why I rationalize things to myself this way. I'll take it when I can get it, but I don't see how guys put up with bitchy ass girls just to get sex. I literally wouldn't ever do that.

I need to fix this shi-t, been messing with my head.



People may say "high stress" etc, but I'm sure there are many others that I know who probably have higher stress levels than me and still bang chicks on the regular.
