Death From Above 1979 - Blood On Our Hands
I have been off music lately.
The only new stuff I have is:
Junior Boys have been kind of meh for me lately but this Caribou remix is good. I haven't got it onto my iTunes yet.

I am starting to feel self-conscious about my playlist. lol I have things from *NSYNC (go ahead and lol) to P!nk, Three Sixes, The Killers, Rihanna, The Lonely Island, Meatloaf, Atreyu, Michael Jackson, Joan Jett, probably still some stuff from the Lion King soundtrack, some more 80's stuff...
Lots of other random "1 of" songs from various one-hit wonders like Chumbawamba (sp?).☣ Off Season Preparations ☢

Turbulence (club mix) - Laidback Luke, Steve Aoiki, Lil John

I've got a few different bands on my shuffle, but the only one I really listen to is Otep. After the shuffle goes through Otep it starts to play Slipknot, and I listen to their first two songs, and then I press the back button until I get to the first Otep song again. I wouldn't be able to get through my squats if it wasn't for Otep.

Yeah, if I ran my own gym and made everyone listen to my music... I don't think my membership would be very good. Maybe the Dr Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog songs would go over better?
I'm much more picky for my running playlists, as there is a certain tempo I prefer... hip hop definitely fills a lot of those.☣ Off Season Preparations ☢

Just kidding!
My playlists are jacked.
During morning roadwork - where I'm all bundled up in sweats and I'm running through the 'burbs with my headphones on - most people would think I'm listening to something hard, but it's usually dance music. I enjoy the epic mixes by Tony Moran - his remixes of Sarah Atereth's "You Wouldn't Know How", or Whitney Houston's "You'll Never Stand Alone" are standards and they're very uplifting.
I like rock or metal during weight training. "Enter Sandman" by Metallica is an excellent song for squats and deadlifts.
Post-workout cardio will be just about anything from top 40s, classic rock, R&B, or classical music (Bach is a favorite there). And it's always fun with System of a Down's "Chop Suey" syncs up with interval training.

Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.
All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

I'm a big fan of Kanye West, so sometimes I'll just listen to My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy or Cruel Summer. I have a general 'gym' playlist that I listen to as well, it includes:
Double Bubble Trouble, Bad Girls, and Bucky Dun Gun all by M.I.A
Promises Skrillex remix (I really love the vocals)
A bunch of various Kanye West from over the years (All Falls Down, Touch the Sky, Homecoming, Black Skinhead, Flashing Lights
We Are The Sound by Alexisonfire (big fan of the Crisis album)
Party and Bull**** (the Ratatat remix)
