Not gonna lie mate, and at times I have no place to pass judgement but, that is an awful dietary plan. Only decent things in there are the banana and the spinach. Will this steroid treatment allow you to eventually attempt more demanding exercises?

I am very limited with my IBS as to what I can eat-but a lot of those things have stuff like milk & nuts in them, so it is not as bad as it sounds. I would love to be adventurous, but I cannot digest meat, gluten, wheat, lactose etc. Anything acidic is a no go, anything too thick is a problem as well.

Yeah, I am hoping I will be able to exercise more in future. I have always liked to do a lot of walking anyway-just nice to be able to breathe fairly normally now.

I know, thing is if I have big meals I will just be on the toilet for ages farting out yellow, or white muccus-have not seen that stuff for a long time & I do not want to go back to having it. I just eat small amounts spread throughout the day.

Even with chips I have to buy the thinnest oven ones I can find-all the others are too thick, especally the crinkle cut ones-immediate indigestion & of course 90% plus have stuff like peppers in them & most have wheat & gluten. The ones I get just have sunflower.

Last year I made the mistake of joining in with the rest of the family, by having chips from the local chip shop for my mum's birthday-suffered for about 2 days afterwards.

I'm trying to blast them again, hitting them directly alot harder. My sister used to like my arms before I stopped working out so much. Now I train them hard as I can to build strength AND mass in them. Hopefully she'll compliment them again someday.
