Best type of creatine to take?

Out of personal experiences or research done what would you guys say is the most effective and efficient form of creatine?

I've heard of creatine ethyl ester, creatine magnesium chelate, creatine micronized, creatine effervescent, and creatine monohydrate but now I'm having a difficult time making a decision on which would be the best for me to take.

I've always taken micronized creatine and I'm wondering if I should just stick with that.

I'd be interested in knowing the most solid type of creatine as well. Does anybody have any legitimate research articles that prove so? More so, I'd like to know which would be the best between something like creatine monohydrate, con-cret, or a blend like the MusclePharm 5 blend creatine. Or is there no difference at all? Surely each has it's own advantages and disadvantages? Any creatine experts in here?

Don't take Kre Alkalyn 1500! Going from cell-tech to Kre Alkalyn 1500 made me weaker. my other post: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...+kre+cell-tech

Cell-tech Got results for me but I hate having to cycle off it.

I am going to try Green Magnitude today from Controlled labs, and I'll let you know how it goes.

I know I'll still have to cycle Green Magnitude, but at least it isn't a 8 week off cycle!
