um, how about a round of applause for those of us who never let ourselves go in the first place? Always blows my mind how you can have some fat fuk who for years was a glutton, but then starts living normal, you know, having self control, and the world is supposed to be so impressed?
How about those of us who have always enjoyed being active, eating right, and taking care of our bodies. Should that not receive a bigger round of applause?
No hate, just stating an interesting fact though. How about I take some dated pictures of myself, which will show a date, and an approrpiate, healthy weight for that age, for me. Will I be getting a bunch of GJDM? Nope.
Oh, Merry Christmas.Rep back 1k+

thanks everyone...I really appreciate all the nice things that have been said! I'm motivated more than ever now. Time to reach my goal of 170lbs!
ps. for those asking if I even lift, etc..I dont work out at all I just do a bunch of cardio with a high protein, low fat/carb diet. Will start lifting once my heart DR gives me the green light (made an appointment, waiting to see him) since I had open heart surgery about 1.5 years ago which was around the same time I started to lose weight and change my life.Visit www.eplreport.com for English Premier League news!

hmmm, I would eat a lot. I remember going to Mcdonalds at times and ordering 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries, large soda with 6 piece chicken nuggets. Another time I also ordered a buncha food from Jack in the Box and just parked in some hidden spot behind the fast food joint and began devouring the food in my car so I can go home and eat dinner without anyone finding out I had eaten already. sad times..

Gjdm. I hope you keep it off. Start lifting heavy weights to get some mass to fill out that skin.
