thanks everyone...I really appreciate all the nice things that have been said! I'm motivated more than ever now. Time to reach my goal of 170lbs!

ps. for those asking if I even lift, etc..I dont work out at all I just do a bunch of cardio with a high protein, low fat/carb diet. Will start lifting once my heart DR gives me the green light (made an appointment, waiting to see him) since I had open heart surgery about 1.5 years ago which was around the same time I started to lose weight and change my life.

GJ man! Have a friend who has done the exact same also, he went from 380lb to 190lb in a couple of years, completely changed his life, ran a marathon after being barely unable to move from his couch for most of his life

hmmm, I would eat a lot. I remember going to Mcdonalds at times and ordering 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries, large soda with 6 piece chicken nuggets. Another time I also ordered a buncha food from Jack in the Box and just parked in some hidden spot behind the fast food joint and began devouring the food in my car so I can go home and eat dinner without anyone finding out I had eaten already. sad times..
