    What do you squat, bench, and deadlift (easy reps)

    I'm not so interested in the numbers but the ratios between the 3 lifts. I've always had a big chest but when I tested the 3 compound lifts it seemed as though my deadlift and squat were a lot better proportionally than my bench.

    my stats are (1RM)

    Squat: 350lbs
    Deadlift: 360lbs
    Bench: 200lbs

    These are my 5RM's:

    Bench: 155lbs (I use dumbbells)
    Squat: 240lbs
    Deadlift: 330lbs



    As for ratios I've found that some people make better progress on squats than deadlifts, or vice versa. Just as long as your bench press isn't your heaviest lift then I think you're on the right track.

    My squat is fairly firmly midway between my bench and deadlift with about 30kg difference

    I guess it's ok considering I have only run a strength orientated program for 8 weeks before, besides that it's just been push/pull/legs and currently lyles routine.

    I started lifting about 6 months ago, but was on Accutane and had insufferable joint pain in my lower back and knee so I couldn't deadlift or squat. Still had the pain after accutane, so I started taking glucosamine and a couple weeks ago it just went away so I'm still working on squats and deadlifts after 6 months of not doing them.

    deadlift 360x3 (too scared to max out)
    squat 225x5 (again, too scurred to max out)
    bench 175x1 (I don't bench though, flys+pushups are enough for me)
